Shipping

Regular inventory items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Completely custom orders require an additional 5 business days before shipping. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery to most areas of the country.) Please contact us (orders@zeenedesigns.com) regarding special shipping requirements prior to checkout. At this time we are only able to ship to the continental United States (50 states).

Returns

Jewelry may be returned for replacement within 10 days (returned product must be shipped within 10 days of original shipment). Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. All shipping costs to return item are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item. Please include as much information as possible with your returned item (your name, contact information, defect with the product, etc.) Return items to:

Canceling an Order

Please call 406.599.2845 within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel. If an order has been processed and shipped it may not be canceled.

Guarantee

We guarantee you will love your Zeene! Our jewelry is guaranteed against defective materials and craftsmanship for 30 days. All attempts are made to make Zeenes water-resistant but we recommend they not be exposed to water or excess moisture. We are therefore unable to offer returns/exchanges on products that have been subjected to these conditions. If you treat it like a paper accessory you can expect a long life for your Zeene!

Because we use magazine pages to craft Zeene beads, each Zeene is a unique combination of colors. Please understand as you order that you will be receiving a one-of-a-kind accessory and that it is impossible to precisely qualify all the colors your bracelet will contain.
